How to get rid of them is the question.  Kelley Dawdy (CSU Dominguez Hills) will discuss ways to manage garden pests using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) an earth-friendly approach that protects the beneficial insects, of the gardening series “Out of the Wilds and Into Your Garden”.  Thursday, June 12th, 6:00-7:30 p.m. at Gardena Mayme Dear Library, 1731 W.  Bring your questions about native pollinators and pollinator gardening to a free session with Dr. Connie Vadheim (CSUDH).   We will have helpful displays, brochures, information sheets and plant lists available.  See pollinator plants – and their pollinators – in action in the garden setting.  This is a great opportunity to learn more about native pollinators.  Bring your camera and note book.
